Free courses for adults with learning disabilities

We aim to give adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to access courses that will enable them to master new skills, express their creativity and enjoy more independent lives. We believe that everybody should have the chance to learn and develop new skills.

Our courses include:

  • gardening
  • cookery
  • arts and crafts
  • digital skills
  • money skills
  • reading and writing
  • discovering my community
  • life skills
  • healthy living
  • staying safe.

We can provide courses for groups of people or individuals can join one of our classes in the community.

All our classes offer the chance to improve reading, number and communication skills whilst meeting new friends.

Our courses are designed to be fun and all learners have their own learning plan to help track their progress.

We have courses in:

  • Angmering
  • Burgess Hill
  • Littlehampton
  • Worthing.
