Funded courses for adults and families
Welcome to the exciting new area of Adult Learning at West Sussex County Council where we offer a range of engaging, fully-funded courses designed to help families learn, grow and have fun together. Our mission is to create opportunities for families to develop confidence, improve communication and acquire new skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Current course offerings
We have a variety of courses available across the county, including:
- Family Fun Club - Available in Burgess Hill and Horsham. A playful, interactive experience designed to bring families together for fun activities that also enhance learning
- Roar and Explore - Available in Crawley. This course explores animals in stories, with a variety of different activities available for both adults and children to have fun.
- Nature Explorers - Available in Chichester. Connect with nature and discover the world around you through hands-on, engaging activities for all ages
- Tummy Time - Available countywide. Aimed at the youngest members of the family, helping babies and parents bond while learning about the benefits of Tummy Time
- Sing, Talk and Play - Available in Worthing. Focusing on early childhood development, this course uses singing and play to boost communication and social skills

These courses will be updated regularly and new sessions may be added.
