With the aim of improving people's life chances by opening pathways to employment, Making Theatre Gaining Skills support those who are excluded from the labour market due to:

- disability
- social isolation
- lack of qualifications
- mental health problems
- learning difficulties.
Based in Bognor Regis, their programme will support you to improve your practical and transferable life skills by offering flexible, bespoke group workshops embedding numeracy into cooking, fabric making and DIY/carpentry, with the opportunity to progress into follow-on maths courses.

Rewards Training
Rewards Training supports individuals within the local and surrounding communities to develop their skills. They have been supporting residents across the south-east in gaining knowledge, develop skills and grow in confidence since 1989.
Training offer
Training is provided on a one-to-one basis with a qualified personal tutor. Interactions of between 2 to 5 hours are expected. This can take place over multiple sessions that fit around your own schedule.
The purpose of these sessions is to support individuals to grow their number confidence and address areas of number weakness.
