Routes into construction, engineering and manufacturing

Chichester College Group are delivering a variety of courses such as brickwork, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, alongside other qualifications intended to support entry and progression in the construction sector.

Training offer

Chichester College Group are offering a 5-day workshop in one of their construction centres. Learners will achieve either a beginner or intermediate qualification in a variety of courses linked to the building and construction industry, and they will also be supported to prepare for self-employment.

Locations

Crawley, Chichester and Worthing.

Runway Training are working in partnership with Job Centres across West Sussex to deliver a variety of courses to promote progression within the construction, manufacturing and engineering career sector.

Training offer

Included are:

• a 2-day, face-to-face CSCS course where learners will receive a Level 1 Health & Safety in construction qualification and their CSCS Green card
• a 5-day logistics course
• a 3-day lean management course, focusing on streamlining processes within the workplace.
