There's so much to do at Arundel Museum! Discover how Arundel was covered by a warm Cretaceous sea millions of years ago and meet the creatures that thrived in it.
What we do
- Meet Homo heidelbergensis who lived in the area 500,000 years ago and the neanderthals who hunted mammoths in Palaeolithic Arundel.
- Discover objects left by the Romans and learn how the port of Arundel was a crucial industrial hub in the last century and how the Castle Stables provided horses for the First World War effort.
- Accessible parking in Mill Road car park, next to the museum. Please note that the Blue Badge scheme is not valid in this car park and charges do apply, however Blue Badge holders are entitled to an additional hour parking after the ticket has expired.
