County Care offers a wide range of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

County Care was founded in 2010 and has grown to become a leading specialist support provider across Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. We are trusted and work closely with local County Councils on care which is directly commissioned. We also welcome individuals with direct payments and self-funders too.

What we do

  • Day Services - Our Community Skills Projects equip adults with learning difficulties, autism and mental health needs with the fundamental skills to live fulfilling, functional daily lives and the confidence, health and wellbeing to pursue independence and employment. Our innovative, person-centred approach provides purposeful, fun activities whilst providing exposure to a wide range of experiences in work, volunteering and enterprise. We empower individuals to pursue independent living, broaden their experiences and make their own choices.
  • Outreach Support - This is tailored to your individual needs and focuses on helping maintain life skills as well as fulfilling personal needs, aspirations, independence and emotional well-being. Whether you want to improve your communication skills, make more of your own day-to-day choices, or live independently, we can help. This could be travel training or support at home and in the community.
  • Trips and Activities - We run weekly events and trips throughout the year. From meet and eats to festivals and theatre shows. We are BIG on socials and provide the opportunity to make friends and core memories.
  • Project Radio, Project Cafe, Project Enterprise and Project Pathways - these are the names given to just some of our core activities run from our state of the art hubs. Our service users run a live radio show, prepare food and sere the public from our cafes, create and sell products at events and also run an employment/work experience group with direct access to the local community.
  • We accept self funders, those in receipt of direct payments, those directly commissioned by local authorities and those in receipt of disability benefits
