Family Lives provides targeted early intervention and crisis support to families.
If you need to talk, we're here to listen.

What we do

• Core family support services are offered through our helpline, live chat and email support.
• We also work in many different areas and offer tailored support around issues such as bullying, special educational needs, and support for specific communities.
• Online parenting courses: Learn new skills in the comfort of your own home and at times to suit you. All of our courses are filled with helpful techniques and ideas that will help you become a confident and happy parent.
• Our online chat service is open from Monday to Friday between 10.30 am to 9 pm. You can contact us about any family or parenting issues.
• Family Lives offers a confidential and free helpline service for families in England and Wales (previously known as Parentline). Alternatively, if you need some support with a family issue or bullying, you can email us for advice and support.
