Fledglings – Helping Families Find the Right Products Fledglings is a not-for-profit online shop offering practical products to support children and adults with additional needs. We understand that everyday life can bring unique challenges, so we work closely with families, schools and professionals to source solutions that make a real difference. Our range includes: Sensory toys and equipment – to support play, learning and regulation Adaptive clothing and footwear – designed for comfort, dignity and independence Incontinence and swimwear solutions – for confidence at home, school or out and about Assistive technology and communication aids – to make daily life more accessible Fledglings has been supporting families since 1998 and is now run as a Community Interest Company. Every purchase helps us continue providing advice, guidance and hard-to-find products that aren’t always available on the high street.

With over 12,000 specialist items in our range, we’re here to help families, schools and professionals find the right solutions for everyday challenges. If something isn’t readily available, we’ll do our best to source alternatives or even arrange made-to-order items, working closely with trusted suppliers. Our team is dedicated to offering practical, hard-to-find solutions that make life easier, safer and more inclusive.

Amazing vests !!! Been using m&s vests for years . They only go up to 15/16years old which we’re getting to small for my son. I did find that the poppers on them wouldn’t last very long & i had to add new ones at the bottom but after time the material would rip . When i moved over the Fledglings’s one the 13/14 year ones were actually much much bigger than the 15/16. M&S ones. They fit him lovely. Also the poppers are much more strong and robust. Very pleased & would def recommend.
