Independent Lives provides a range of support for families and carers of children with disabilities to enable them to lead full, active and independent lives. Our core work focuses on providing a Direct Payments support service.

What we do

• Direct Payments Support Service - trained advisers provide one-to-one support and home visits to help you manage your Direct Payment and recruit and manage Personal Assistants.
• Information and Advice - trained advisers provide support, advice and information via phone, text and email.
• Independent Payroll Service - administering your payroll, handling all procedures relating to tax, national insurance, sick pay, maternity pay, tax credits and student loans.
• Recruitment Solutions - helping you to recruit Personal Assistants.
