Lanes Counselling is a therapeutic practice in Arundel, West Sussex.

We have a team of experienced and qualified (BACP, PTUK) therapists and are able to select the person most suited to assist you with the issues you are facing. Early intervention is often of paramount importance and we are typically able to start therapy within a matter of days.

We work with children, adolescents, adults and couples.

Our practice has a comfortable reception area and four therapy rooms, all of which have a bright, airy and calm feeling. Ample free parking is on-site.

Therapy is available on-site, by video, by telephone or any combination best suited to your needs.

What we do

  • We provide specialist support for children and post-16 people with autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression, complex trauma, eating disorder, friendship issues, gender identity, learning difficulties, life transition and changes, neuro-diversity, etc.
  • Our therapeutic approach draws on various modalities including; CBT; dance; humanistic; mindfulness; person centred; play; psychodynamic; somatic/body-based, etc.
  • We believe every person deserves the opportunity to explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. We provide a welcoming and nurturing setting in which you can explore difficult issues in a confidential and non-judgemental environment where you will feel safe, listened to, understood and supported.
