Nature Nurture Sussex is a community interest company passionate about making Forest School accessible to everyone. We run Forest School sessions all year round. In term time we offer sessions for children with neurodivergent conditions and their families - these are for children not able to access school. Non term time we run holiday clubs and family sessions, including sessions for children with neurodivergent conditions, as well as DadFest. We also offer a monthly group for Dads/male carers and their children called Dangerous Dads. We use sites in East Grinstead, Turners Hill, Cuckfield and Crawley. Our sessions are run by experienced level three Forest School Leaders.

What we do

• We use a number of different sites, some are easier to navigate with a wheel chair than others. Please email us for further information on this. Dragonflies term time Forest School for children with neurodiverse conditions who are unable to access school and their families. We offer a number of different types of sessions. Some are grant funded and some not. We are a not for profit company so try and keep the cost of our sessions as low as possible.
• Family Forest School sessions during school holidays, including dedicated neurodiverse sessions.
• Holiday Club in conjunction with Treehoppers Forest Kindergarten.
• Dangerous Dads group for children and their Dads or other male role model. DadFest - A small three day festival for Dads/male carers and their children. Held locally in East Grinstead over the Summer Holidays. Organised in conjunction with The Dads Network.
• Birthday Parties - from Classic Woodland, Dens & camouflage to Fairies & Elves. Whatever the theme you can count on lots of fun, play, possibly mud and cake!
