One of Sussex's top activity centres, Out of Bounds offers exciting activities for all ages and abilities. The fully inclusive venue can be found on the A259, in Angmering, West Sussex, between Littlehampton and Worthing with allocated disabled parking.

The all-weather activity centre has a wide range of indoor and outdoor SEND-friendly activities and exclusive events. Their professional and friendly staff deliver high-quality support in a safe and accessible environment. On-site instructors can discuss individual needs.
A wheelchair accessible café is open throughout the day with freshly made hot and cold food, snacks, ice creams, barista coffees, and more (with vegan and gluten-free options). Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor with low-level wash facilities.

What we do

• Ten Pin Bowling: Accessible bowling lanes with lightweight balls and ramps to help direct the ball. Clip 'n' Climb Arena: Over 15 unique climbing walls and a vertical *Drop Slide.
• High Ropes: Climb, swing, balance and zip on an accessible course with fully trained assistants on hand to help. Multi-level Soft Play: A safe, clean and friendly environment to spark imagination and encourage active play.
• Safari-Themed Adventure Golf: 18 holes of crazy golf spanning a fully accessible and fun course. Adventure Nets: Treehouses, tunnels, ball zones and mega slides for over 4-year-olds to explore and enjoy.
• Jumping Pillows: Giant inflatable pillows surrounded by soft material. A smaller pillow for under 6 years and a larger pillow for 7 to 15-year-olds.
• Exclusive SEND Events: Great value day tickets, birthday parties, themed events and concession rates throughout the year.
