I deliver one-to-one, as well as group Play Therapy sessions with children, tailored to their individual needs. I help them understand and explore challenging thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental and safe space. My sessions are mostly non-directive, enabling the child to express how they are feeling through play as they struggle to find the words to articulate how they feel.

What we do

• I offer one to one or group Play Therapy sessions with children aged 4 - 13. Sessions are face-to-face and once a week for 40 minutes in a fully-equipped space in Worthing. I am also able to carry out sessions in your child's school if needed.
• I am a member of PTUK which manages the register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists and is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I am fully insured, with up-to-date safeguarding training and I am a member of the DBS update service.
• I offer therapeutic support for young people who are experiencing a variety of emotional or social difficulties, such as anxiety or phobias, bullying, parental separation, low self-confidence, loss and bereavement, difficulty forming peer relationships, trauma and attachment.
• I receive regular clinical supervision and abide by the ethics and values of the profession.
• There is free parking and a cafe onsite.
